Payments, deposits and cancellations
Payment terms, deposits, staged payments and final balances will be confirmed before work begins. If a customer cancels, delays access, changes the agreed scope or requests additional work, reasonable costs for labour, materials, administration and committed expenses may still be payable.

Our team aims to use suitable materials and carry out work to a professional standard. Customers must provide safe access, parking where possible, working utilities where needed and accurate information about the property. Hidden defects, existing structures, weather, third-party products and supplier delays may affect timescales or results.
